Arrangement of a 150-Meter Apartment in New York
October 7, 2025 | Architectural Digest
The apartment building was created as a tribute to the classic architecture of the Village. The building used such materials as handmade red brick, terracotta, bronze and dark steel – this allowed the new property to seamlessly fit into the surrounding architecture. The building is located at the junction of four iconic New York neighborhoods: Greenwich Village, West Village, Flatiron and Chelsea. It is a place full of charming streets, historical architecture, well-known art galleries, green parks and the best restaurants.
The show apartment, which was decorated in the apartment building by designer Sharon Blaustein, draws vividly from the history of this artistic district, also reaching for timeless solutions that emphasize both elegant interior design and their comfort and coziness. A key aspect of this project was the balance between context and comfort.
